The Perception Problem

For many small businesses, the current solution was a haphazard approach to the problem of marketing.  This included such activities as having a friend design a logo, or printing flyer on an ink jet for handing out.  In the end, potential customers could tell that was what had happened and as a result, small business credibility suffered.
